SLC INC. personnel are required to attend Andrew’s, RFS and Commscope training.
•Each Climber meets the Competent Tower Climber certification.
•Each team member receives EME awareness training.
•Crews are trained in utility avoidance.
•Crews and Electricians are trained in Lockout/Tag out procedures.
•SLC follows a rigid internal construction quality program.
•Sweep testers are certified on each type of equipment.
•SLC maintains a test equipment control log for all calibrated equipment and tools.
•Lift operators are trained on each type of equipment.
•Confined Space training for all personal when required.
